A loving reminder for approval-seeking A-students

I saw this on Instagram and had to share it on my feed too.

Us approval-seeking A-students can get caught up in responding to what others need, and exhaust ourselves from being overly available (anyone else's September calendar already filled?!) in an effort to be liked, respected, valued. Loved.

Take a minute in the midst of whatever you're doing right now to go inside.

Believe in yourself and then it doesn't matter -- you won't even notice! -- what anyone else thinks.
